Embeddable neighbourhood cards
A small live card for any buurt with crime, WOZ value, owner-occupied homes and nearby amenities. Paste one line of HTML into your listing page. It updates itself when the city publishes new figures.

Every Amsterdam buurt has its own page with official figures, trends and answers to common questions. Link to it from your listing text.

- At the bottom of the buurt page, open "Embed this neighbourhood card" and copy the code.
- Paste it into an HTML or embed block on your website or in your listing software. No script and no account needed.
- For a specific home, download the free PDF report for the address and share it with your client.

Where the data comes from
Gemeente Amsterdam (neighbourhood statistics, complaints, WOZ values, energy labels and construction plans), the police and CBS (registered crime) and OpenStreetMap (shops, transit, schools and healthcare). Every figure is shown with the year it belongs to. 500meters is independent and not affiliated with the municipality. It is a research tool, not an official record.

Is it really free?
Yes. During the beta the PDF reports, the embeddable cards and the neighbourhood pages are free to use. Co-branded and bulk options may follow later.
Can I put the card on my own website?
Yes. Copy the code from any buurt page and paste it into your site. The card runs in an iframe, so it doesn't touch your styling and needs no script. Please keep the link back to 500meters.nl.
How current are the figures?
Each figure comes from the latest year its source has published, and the card shows that year. When the municipality or the police publish new figures, the cards and neighbourhood pages update automatically.
Can I get a card for a single address?
Cards are per neighbourhood (buurt). For a specific address, use the free PDF report or share the address page on 500meters.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up: copy the code or download the report.
